GREAT QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE The glasses I got are great quality and super stylish! They look and feel like other $200+ frames I have bought in the past. I received them soon after I ordered them and was kept abreast of my order from beginning to the day I received them. I'm really impressed with the quality of the product and the great customer service. I'll definitely be back!

Tortoise shell glasses × 2 pairs Online ordering was easy. Package took a while but it was received today. Lovely, sturdy packaging-cases, both hard shell & cloth sack. Cleaning fiber included. What is the measuring tool & how do I use it? No paperwork whatsoever, a bit confusing.

Santa glasses The Elklook Santa glasses I purchased are fabulous. I received so many positive comments on them. I have recommended them to so many of my Real Bearded Santa friends. I have actually quit wearing my prescription glasses and wear my Santa glasses all of the time.

Glasses / sunglasses are a good value… Glasses / sunglasses are a good value but quality can be inconsistent. Love the variety of styles and the ease of customizing the sunglasses/ glasses. Website is generally easy to navigate but there needs to be a back button to the last page views after the customer drills down to a particular pair to review (currently the customer has to restart his search from the very beginning which is frustrating and time wasting).

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. It is a total hassle to ATTEMPT to get a refund for a defective product. Read the reviews outside of Elklook’s site. The measurements are inaccurate, the glasses are blurry and they do not respond to return requests. I wish I would have looked to outside reviews and would have NEVER ordered. Caveat Emptor.
