These glasses are just what I've been… These glasses are just what I've been searching for: color, shape, fit. In ordering, I entered minus numbers for my Rx instead of plus, so of course the first glasses didn't work. Staff was very helpful in correcting the process and guiding me through the second order. I will use Elklook again.

The have my money.. I never got glasses The have my money... I paid extra for expedited shipping I have a tracking number but it's never left the facility, and as USPS says they never "put it in the mail". Phone number doesn't work doesn't even ring it just hangs up. Tried live chat at 2 o'clock central standard time, said there wouldn't be any buddy back for six hours! I am so pissed! I can't believe everybody else has had great experiences when this is clearly a fraudulent website!! oh and my order number doesn't exist in meters my email in their system!
