GBBELOW SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I've always used TargetOptical and never had any issues until recently. I decided to start wearing contacts more than my glasses, so I ordered what I normally wear (which was already in the system) and the shipping was 2-day air. Order was presumably lost, okay, no problem, ordered a replacement. The process is outdated and is not conducive to retaining customer loyalty. It should not take 10+ days to receive anything. Aside from that, customer service is below subpar. They expect you to just go with whatever they say BUT WE CAN'T SEE WITHOUT OUR GLASSES OR CONTACTS and this should be treated with urgency! TARGET OPTICAL DO BETTER & please keep the copied + pasted response. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, JUST DON'T USE TARGET OPTICAL.

GBOrder to store Order to store, no help from optical had to go customer service for help. Optical didn't offer to adjust the glass. 1st and last time ordering.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. They don’t acknowledge customer’s when they come in store even when I was the only customer. Ran my insurance informations without a purchase. This prevented me from getting eye glasses from another store. When I ask them about this they said it was self explanatory, I should’ve known. Bad practices assume customers know their policies.
