GBBELOW SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I've always used TargetOptical and never had any issues until recently. I decided to start wearing contacts more than my glasses, so I ordered what I normally wear (which was already in the system) and the shipping was 2-day air. Order was presumably lost, okay, no problem, ordered a replacement. The process is outdated and is not conducive to retaining customer loyalty. It should not take 10+ days to receive anything. Aside from that, customer service is below subpar. They expect you to just go with whatever they say BUT WE CAN'T SEE WITHOUT OUR GLASSES OR CONTACTS and this should be treated with urgency! TARGET OPTICAL DO BETTER & please keep the copied + pasted response. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, JUST DON'T USE TARGET OPTICAL.

GBCoach Eye Glasses We liked the collections and it was quick in terms of the delivery. We had to return the eye glasses and that process was also easy and smooth. However, it has been more than 3 weeks the insurance has not been reinstated yet. When called one person is saying it was instated and believing that we went to order in person but came to know that it wasn't. It was a complete waste of time and there was a follow up call with an executive that said we have to wait for 2 weeks to have this sorted out but we are still waiting. There was a discount given to us but it is for an online order and we are not confident ordering online anymore so it will not be used anyway.

GBWorst experience My husband had an appointment and Target made a claim for an order we never received or requested. Now they are unable to help us. My husband can not see without his contacts and we can not afford to buy these without insurance. Our experience has been the worst. So frustrated.

GBService in store was ok Service in store was ok, no complaints personnel was very nice. Problem I have is when checking online status seems to never change, only says being processed.
