GBTrue cost of products? The true costs of products before a rebate needs to be shown before a customer places an order for lenses that have a rebate. Also, need to state in your eye prescription information, how old can a prescription be in order to order new lenses.

GBI placed the order on the 14th of April… I placed the order on the 14th of April it says 5 to 7 business days today is the 30th of April more that the 7 business days and still I do not have them. I have been use this company for years always on time and good service but today was not the case I am sorry as I do need them ASAP.

GBChanging ETAs multiple times is “no bueno” Kinda sucky that you give me a date that your “supplier” will ship, and then change the date over and over. This is the second year in a row that you’ve underperformed. Great price and product, but, like most people, I would like to be able to see in a timely manner.
