GBReached out in regards to getting a new… Reached out in regards to getting a new set of lenses as the ones I have from 3 years ago are starting to get a bit beat up and to my surprise I was told I get a free replacement set covered under warranty. They confirmed a few things and the new ones were on the way right away. Fantastic customer service.

GBAfter receiving a defective set of… After receiving a defective set of lenses, I reached out to the Fuse customer service who were quick to respond. I got an email back from Kayla the same day where she advised that a new set of lenses were in processing and on the way. (Without effecting my warranty service) Thank you Kayla for the exceptional service and professionalism, you are awesome!

GBAmazing Customer Service!! I ordered the wrong pair of lenses to replace my previous Fuse lenses for my Oakley Holbrooks. When the new order arrived, the lenses didn't fit. I noticed that the warranty issue covered scratched lenses. Customer Service was super great and walked me through the return and also was able to use my credit from my previous order. It's tough to find customer service this good. BTW... my last experience with Fuse was great and the lenses were awesome!

GBJust Use Fuse Fuse has helped me out replacing lenses and I have bought a few pairs of complete glasses from them. Their customer service and warranty have been amazing. I cant see myself dealing with another company anytime soon for my needs related to sunglasses and eye ware.
