GBThe overall experience was good The overall experience was good, however I would like to see a couple of areas improved. One, I would like to be able to enter my prescription, and then have the website retain it in my account ready for my order. Two, I would like for the website to stop resetting after a short amount of time forcing me to re-enter information concerning my order. It would be much more convenient if items I add to the cart STAYED in the cart. Other than that, I love Ho-Optic, and I appreciate the large selection of choices.

GBTook my money...stay away I paid $347 for script sunglasses. They were shipped, and I could not see with them on. I was forced to sign a return before they would even look at them. Returned, they claimed that there was nothing wrong with them when my sight was blurred with them on. I asked that they be remade. They would not. I ended up getting back $135 for the returned frame out of the original $347 order. and nothing more. I requested that they ship my lens that I paid for, and they claimed that they had been disposed of. Stay away and find a reputable company. They will take your money and not stand behind their product. Check the BBB site for this company's profile and rating. It's almost a 1.
