I only called to ask a question about glasses and Tatiana listen to my wants and needs and sold me what I think are the perfect eye frames. I work hard for the things I buy and Tatiana took that into consideration and never tried to up sale me on anything I didn’t need. I’m happy Desinereyes.com was only a google search away. I didn’t even mention that I could of purchase and tried on my Cartier Eyeglasses a hour away from home but Tatiana made me feel comfortable in purchasing from her. While the shipment was a delayed by a… While the shipment was a delayed by a day, the merchandise came is the time that was promised. The packaging was well thought out to protect my investment on a new set of Maui Jims. Designer Eyes even included their brand of lense cleaner and cloth along with another case. However, the package left out the Maui Jim hard case which made me think are these real? Instead it came with a collapsable Maui Jim case. The hard case was sent after I had requested for them. Great experience!

Great Experience Although I had to return the absolutely beautiful frames I purchased due to the fit on my face, this company was amazing to work with. I received my purchase really quickly, the return process was seem less, and my refund was very fast. The times that I emailed customer service with questions, my emails were replied to in minutes. Great customer service!

She is a “ Rock Star”…went over and beyond to assist me purchasing frames. Customer Service is Paramount I ordered some hard-to-get (old stock) frames from the store in Century City, Los Angeles but was told a week later that the order had to be cancelled because the frames were discovered to be damaged. My refund was made immediately and I received a telephone call with the details of the cancellation. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service that was rendered in finding the frames, placing the order and in the subsequent follow-up. Though I'm disappointed not to have the frames, I'll do business with this store again because of their attention and professionalism! Special thanks to Eric at that shop.
