Excellent Customer Care Lensmart has an excellent customer care service. In general they are an extremely outstanding company to deal with. I am greatly impressed with the handling of my problem and sorting me out. I am so please with their service and would highly recommend their business.

If you have any issues with glasses and needs to contact them they are really fast and professional on responding. Ordering prescription glasses here has been one of the easiest things I have ever done every easy putting in your prescription.

Correcting An Order I ordered multiple pairs of glasses and one the prescription is not correct. I emailed them and instead of telling me EVERYTHING I need to do I’m being told per email. I feel like it’s a game. Send your prescription and PD. Try on the glasses and do this, this, and this. Send us a pic of you wearing the glasses. What will a pic prove. If the vision is off in ONE out of multiple pairs purchased why is it such a hassle? I’ll let the BBB deal with them. Never ordering from them again.

Quality, affordable and stylish glasses. In my experience, the company executed the order really well. The lenses and frames of the glasses i requested were perfect. The packaging is neat, includes a wipe cloth, and ensures the glasses are well protected. A bonus would be that there is a wide variety to choose from but every frame is fashionable and stylish.

Awful!!! Awful!!!! I fill in the right prescription and their website made mistake. They want me to pay again to redo the glasses. I will never order from them again. They are refusing to give my money back. - what policy? When you are buying the glasses there not policy on the website for the costumer to read. Now the lensmart want to enforce a policy. I add the right prescription and the website made mistake. Don't order prescription glasses from lensmart.
