The best customer service The best customer service! Had an issue with one of the lenses out of a pair of sunglasses I ordered, and they were quick to do everything they could to rectify the situation! Happy with the other glasses I ordered as well. Will definitely order again!

Correcting An Order I ordered multiple pairs of glasses and one the prescription is not correct. I emailed them and instead of telling me EVERYTHING I need to do I’m being told per email. I feel like it’s a game. Send your prescription and PD. Try on the glasses and do this, this, and this. Send us a pic of you wearing the glasses. What will a pic prove. If the vision is off in ONE out of multiple pairs purchased why is it such a hassle? I’ll let the BBB deal with them. Never ordering from them again.

My perscription was accurate and the glasses fit perfect. I've recommended Lensmart to my family and friends are they are so pleased with their glasses as well.

Best site I have found for glasses So many cute styles it's hard to decide lol. I gravitate more towards the frames with model pics. They are really helpful. So that's my only complaint, there are too many frames with no modeling pics! Edit: After reading some of the bad reviews below I want to add, I'm in the process of doing an exchange and it's going smoothly for me. I was sent a USPS return label. And it clearly states on their site, the 15 days is from the date of receiving package to your initial contact email. Follow the rules and you shouldn't have an issue.

Excellent Customer Care Lensmart has an excellent customer care service. In general they are an extremely outstanding company to deal with. I am greatly impressed with the handling of my problem and sorting me out. I am so please with their service and would highly recommend their business.
