After multile inquires, finally told they do not have the frames and the manufacturer does not have them. The order was cancled, but as it is now 2024, I cannot use the FSA balance.

Horrible Experience - do not use! My shipment never arrived even though UPS said they delivered it. After contacting UPS, they advised me that the sender would have to file a claim since they initiated the shipment. The company then refused to reach out to UPS to file a claim because I did not purchase the $18 shipment protection.

Good Company I have had good luck with them. They phone support was top notch. They were supportive and knowledgeable. Price were good. I would have no problem recommending them to friends/family.

Silhouette Glasses I ordered Silhouette Biscayne Bay glasses. They are genuine Silhouette and arrived in a few days. No problems

Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I… Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I wanted. Requested to return via email. Was told once I sent them back on my own dime they’d refund my money minus a 5.95 restocking fee. I returned the sunglasses and never heard from them again despite multiple emails requesting my refund. Do not do business with this company. They will ghost you if you return an item for a refund and you have to pay to return it and pay a stupid restocking fee.
