Slow shipping, good product I ordered two pairs of glasses for both of my girls who needed glasses. One we went with another company, and one we went with DesignerOptics, paying around the same price. The first place we went with delivered super quickly. However, the glasses didn't fit quite right and they were just okay. The ones from Designer Optics, which were these Betsey Johnson ones that my daughter picked out took quite a bit longer to ship, but they fit perfect, and the best part is that there's an extra set of lenses that were included with the order. Which for a 5-year old is probably the best thing ever. So now we're going to re-order my other daughter's glasses with Designer Optics. So I would say shipping is significantly longer (looking at like 3 weeks at least), but when they do arrive, they're very good quality. I would definitely recommend shopping for kids' glasses here.

Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I… Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I wanted. Requested to return via email. Was told once I sent them back on my own dime they’d refund my money minus a 5.95 restocking fee. I returned the sunglasses and never heard from them again despite multiple emails requesting my refund. Do not do business with this company. They will ghost you if you return an item for a refund and you have to pay to return it and pay a stupid restocking fee.

Order arrived late Order arrived late. I ordered the item Thursday night, I requested for next day shipping and per UPS, since company used Next Day SAVER instead of Next Day, I had to wait for next business day for my package to arrive, which was Monday, and it has been sitting on my front door for several days since I went out of town. Plus color doesnt match with the description. Description says gold / brown but instead of brown, it is more of reddish - pink color.

This is my third pair of Designer… This is my third pair of Designer shades that I've used the frames for my prescription glasses with transition. I love them all. Love the discount prices even more. No glasses and lost approx. $500 No glasses and lost approx. $500 ($497). Placed my order before the end of 2023 using my leftover FSA balance. After multile inquires, finally told they do not have the frames and the manufacturer does not have them. The order was cancled, but as it is now 2024, I cannot use the FSA balance.
