All in all All in all, I was very satisfied with Designer Optics. Would I use them again or recommend them? Yes, I would Their prices are very competitive in a very competitive field. I would really give them 4.5 stars but I can't do that. There were a couple of minor glitches, but very close to it.

Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I… Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I wanted. Requested to return via email. Was told once I sent them back on my own dime they’d refund my money minus a 5.95 restocking fee. I returned the sunglasses and never heard from them again despite multiple emails requesting my refund. Do not do business with this company. They will ghost you if you return an item for a refund and you have to pay to return it and pay a stupid restocking fee.

Not only was I not informed when my… Not only was I not informed when my order shipped, but now I understand from the return form/process that I will be charged a 20% restocking fee for ordering 3 or more pairs of glasses. I actually called DO and asked if doing this was acceptable/common. The employee said yes and did not mention any restocking fee. I am very unhappy, since I ordered almost $1000 of eyeglass frames. Also, the order took a long time. I ordered on August 21st, and I did not receive my order until September 30th.

This is my third pair of Designer… This is my third pair of Designer shades that I've used the frames for my prescription glasses with transition. I love them all. Love the discount prices even more. Prompt no hassle ordering and delivery. My go to for glasses. Thanks Designer Optics, I'm spreading the word too.

Shady Buisness, Buy Elsewhere Not only did it take ages for the delivery to get here, but I wrote to return since the glasses they sent me were too large. I then inspected them again since I’ve had no response to try to like them- and upon further infection the glasses are not fully in the frames. They have been tried on and they put back into the case as I wrote to them that moment. Designer Optics knowingly sent broken glasses, and are not responding to emails. Extremely frustrating and sad I have to result to trust pilot to let people know this business is extremely shady. If someone wants to make this right my order number is #SY637231 - now let’s do the damn thang.
