GBI ordered a pair of frames and once I… I ordered a pair of frames and once I got them realized I had ordered the wrong ones. I called the company and they immediately sent out the correct frames and I sent back the incorrect ones. Great customer service! Will definitely come back in the future!

GB*COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS* I received obviously fake ray-bans. If you don’t know what to look for or have some to compare side by side, you may be fooled. The frame coloring is way off, the check authenticity codes don’t work, stitching on the case isn’t right. Don’t use this company. They will claim its authentic because they don’t want to publicly admit their products are fake. Also, they will reply to public reviews quickly, but not customer service emails. 0 ⭐️ horrible company, dishonest, and unresponsive.

GBOrder #6646 lost in limbo! Order #6646 ordered 12/27 with 2 day USPS upcharge. FedEx label created with tracking number but nothing more. Will not answer emails or voice mail, next call will be to my credit card to dispute payment. poor poor customer service. Still no change, no response Stay away, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

GBGreat customer service! Easy ordering process and product was as advertised. This was a gift for my granddaughter and as it turns out not a proper fit. I reached out to customer service and was very quickly responded to by Eli who walked me through until my refund was complete.

GBIs eyeweardistrict.com is a legitimate business? I came here to actually find out if eyeweardistrict.com is a legitimate business. I placed an order October 11th (Order#406-x) (date confirmed by eyeweardistrict.com 10/11/2019) I also happened to have paid for expedited shipping, I've sent 2 emails following up on order ...... no reply whatsoever. According to PayPal, funds have been claimed but no order update since payment.
