I am thoroughly impressed with this… I am thoroughly impressed with this site. I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban Aviators with green lenses. The site was simple. The price was great. I actually called them to change my shipping address and they were very courteous. Shipping was very fast (especially the processing-- they didn't send me an automated tracking number only to take two days to process the order.) My glasses arrived with a case, with a cleaning cloth. Flawless, new, authentic Ray-Bans. TYVM Eyewear District!

Poor customer service Poor customer service I tired to contact the phone number that’s listed in the website it straight goes to voicemail, left 4 voicemail never returned my call, I tired to contact by email, guess what, no one responded either, I followed the steps listed in the website for return for refund, I returned my item, it was received and I am hoping to see the refund into my account since it has not passed 14 days of delivery date. I hope at least you will have someone to read this and try to improve lol By the way, the item quality was a poor as your customer service.

Extremely satisfied customer! I haven't received my frames yet, as I only ordered 24 hours ago. But I received a text and email this afternoon stating that my order has been shipped already! I'm looking forward to receiving them and I plan on ordering more frames in the near future. Fantastic selection and great prices!
