Terrible customer support amiss this… Terrible customer support amiss this whole Covid-19 thing. no one could give a answer on when the glasses would ship out until it was past there "Can not be canceled point" of the sale. Glasses had well over a month to be delivered before i needed them and only went with this company because it appeared they could deliver... wrong!! Not only did they not show up when i need them, they did not show up at all. 2 whole months and $112USD later not only did i get shafted in having to buy a local pair, im out $112 American and never even got a refund from these crooks.

My mistake: Metal Safety Frame RX-533 62/37-16-145mm First time with a mail order prescription. Not being familiar with the sizing, I ordered the wrong size frame. They turned out to be huge on my above average head size for a 6'2", 180 lb male. Owner did a nice job of responding and offered a credit on the frame, but felt it wasn't worth going through the process. I take responsibility for ordering the wrong size and will take it as a loss. The massive frame for this model looks ridiculous when I wear, but not worth going through the return process. Prescrip is okay, but lesson learned on determining the correct size. I should have been pro-active and asked more questions. Check your measurements prior to ordering.

Safety glasses you will actually want to wear. Huge selection of awesome prescription safety glasses, along with great sales throughout the year. I have purchased from them a few times, and have become especially fond of the Wiley X brand they sell. It’s easy to order on line, and they always deliver a high quality product.

A simple single vision lens was not… A simple single vision lens was not made correctly, had distortion and made me feel dizzy, could not use the sunglasses. Asked for refund but was told no refunds. Agreed to have lenses remade but had to pay shipping and more money for remake. Process took 3 months and the lens remake is no better than the first time. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never had this type of problem. It does not seem the lab this company uses had the capability to make prescription lenses for wrap style frames.

Avoid buying safety glasses from VS Got a prescription safety glasses end of July 2023 and already its been coming apart. When enquired blames it on hot climate for the glasses to come apart. Had got it before and even in hot srea nothing happened but this time its in tatters. Customer service was not helpful and felt they didn't want to help at all as if they accept their low quality workmanship then they have to refund. Never will buy from here. Joel
