Fromex: high standards, excellent service For years, I have ordered jewel case desk photo calendars from Fromex, and recently decided to try their True Black and White photo printing. I have ordered and received only one batch of images so far, but they are of the highest quality - much better than those from the online printing service I had been using, and well worth the extra expense. I also appreciate that my prints are promptly delivered and arrive in good shape.

So far I am having very little response… So far I am having very little response from this company. I have emailed the company 3 times and also instagram messaged and no one is responding. Has anyone else had this experience. So far I’m disappointed with the customer service or lack of it. I’m hoping this attempt with work now.

First First, Fromex has an easy-to-navigate website. Also, their instructions on image submission are easy to follow. Finally, the B&W enlargements look great. All that and their pricing is quite reasonable. I'm impressed.

Good service and high quality printing for a just price. Turnaround time was very fast. The image, printed at 10 x 15 on photographic silver gelatin paper from a 35 mm TrI-X negative scanned as a .tif 6200 x 4500 pixels, displayed a full tonal range with almost no grain. Excellent detail in highlights and shadows. Archival quality for $24 door to door is a bargain.

very quick turnaround very quick turnaround, and I belive who ever did my order fiquered out that it was a test to compare my screen from printed results to achive better prints.
