It’s about time! Finally!! Someone has finally figured out the ordering, production and shipping of Qualtry! I’m so pleased with my order. Overall less than 2 weeks from date of order to delivery!! Impressive since my last order took 4 months and several additional inquiries. I’ve ordered for years and always waited and highly disappointed in your timeline, I just hope this is the new and improved normal. I love it!

I love the engraved I love the engraved, wood bottle opener. This product makes a great closing gift for my real estate male clients. I also like the great customer service, I had a question placing the order and I don't remember the ladies name who help me but she did an awesome job guiding me through the ordering process. I typically like this company and their… I typically like this company and their products. I placed an order on November 27th. Paid for the items to be produced in the US (not overseas). My first items didn't arrive until December 29th. The others came in January. LONG after I needed them for gifts and to use for the holidays. I sent a couple emails and didn't receive any type of satisfactory answer. Just that they were busy this season. It was disappointing to think things were taken care of only to have to scramble when items didn't arrive on time.

Terrible communication and customer… Terrible communication and customer service! I inquired about the status of my order several times and was told it was being processed every time. Once I finally received my order, 3 of the items were missing. I contacted customer service again to find out 1 of the items was out of stock. Still no mention of the other 2 items. I contacted customer service AGAIN to find out the same. Instead of issuing a credit, they sent me a $20 gift card, but the cost of the out of stock items was $42. When I questioned my refund, I was told to dispute it with my bank. I shop online all the time and have never heard of this. DO NO SHOP HERE!
