I typically like this company and their… I typically like this company and their products. I placed an order on November 27th. Paid for the items to be produced in the US (not overseas). My first items didn't arrive until December 29th. The others came in January. LONG after I needed them for gifts and to use for the holidays. I sent a couple emails and didn't receive any type of satisfactory answer. Just that they were busy this season. It was disappointing to think things were taken care of only to have to scramble when items didn't arrive on time.

My orter was Stolen I order the first collar as gift. When it was stolen out of the mailbox before the recipient received it I told Qualtry right away! Their reaction surprised me!!
