GBquality of the hat was useless when the insignia had been installed incorrectly and did not use correct colors The quality of the hat was awful…insignia was wrong rendering the hat useless. The first hat received was crushed and insignia was wrong the replaced it with another hat and the insignia was wrong again. Then, they tell me we will give you 30% off if you order another hat. Worst experience and I will encourage all my Veteran friends not to order your products!

This being my second customized order working closely with Elisa T, July, and Julia Q on both orders was a gift. They kept in touch on progress and sent me a preview of the finished items design before actually completing it. I was allowed to make changes or add extra wording without any disgruntled attitude. GBItem was packaged with tape on the… Item was packaged with tape on the front of it and when taken off it pulled the paint/material off with it. The product is ruined. Emailed for solution but haven't received new item or contacted.

GBproduct quality was poor product quality was poor, looked nothing like the website picture. I have tried three times to get instructions to return and refund. Each time i send an attached picture as requested, i am told to resend in a different format. I do not know how to resend again. I still do not have my refund or instructions to return it. Why can't a customer just simply state, "i don't like it, I want to return it"?
