GBCustomer service did not review picture of my order versus what the shipped. Customer service did respond. I received the WRONG BRACELETS. I actually sent pictures of what I received (versus what I ordered). Not even close to my confirmed order. After sending the pictures they told me there was nothing wrong with what I received. Obviously the person reviewing the pictures was either blind or didn’t have her/his glasses on. The customer service for this company is horrible.

GBVERY dissatisfied!!!!! The ring I ordered was beautiful! One week latter a stone fell out. I sent 3 emails, without any response. I have a ring, I paid for, but can't wear and this company is doing nothing about it.

GBIf I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased 2 bracelets for my sons for Christmas on December 3. The only email I’ve received is to confirm the order. I used the tracking app but there have been no updates since December 18. I’ve emailed customer support several times but have not received a response. Save your money folks…..

GBI am so disappointed in the ring I… I am so disappointed in the ring I purchased. First of all the picture is only half the size of the stone it is on. It is so small a magnifying glass doesn't do it justice. The picture isn't even centered on the ring. I purchased a ring from Temu for less than $2.00 and it is better quality than this. I will not be ordering again and anyone else beware before you order. I feel I deserve a refund!!!

GBAvoid this company at all costs! Seriously! Awful! If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible customer service! I ordered a mothers ring for my mom for Mother’s Day with mine and my sisters birthstones in the middle of April and just received the cheaply made ring with incorrect birthstones yesterday,(June 1st)!!! I am so upset and disappointed! This company should be ashamed of themselves & shut down! Never again! I’m only taking the time to leave a review in hopes someone else isn’t taken advantage of. This company is a joke and very unprofessional!
