Don’t order from them. The ring that arrived was missing a “stone” but instead had just yellow, hardened glue in the holder where it was supposed to be. I’ve attempted to email them 3 times with zero response from them at all. The ring looked much different than the picture but still would’ve been wearable if I didn’t have a clump of glue where a stone should be. Don’t order from them, you can’t get ahold of them after you do.

If I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased 2 bracelets for my sons for Christmas on December 3. The only email I’ve received is to confirm the order. I used the tracking app but there have been no updates since December 18. I’ve emailed customer support several times but have not received a response. Save your money folks…..

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT, I Repeat, do NOT, buy from 37Bracelet. What they advertise on Facebook and what you receive are two very different things. I ordered a Chakra necklace, the seven stones are dull and unappealing. Order took a long time to receive with no tracking information what so ever. They also advertise 24/7 customer service, NOT true. I’ve emailed and messaged them and I’ve gotten no response. Very disappointed!!😡

Avoid this company at all costs! Seriously! Awful! If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible customer service! I ordered a mothers ring for my mom for Mother’s Day with mine and my sisters birthstones in the middle of April and just received the cheaply made ring with incorrect birthstones yesterday,(June 1st)!!! I am so upset and disappointed! This company should be ashamed of themselves & shut down! Never again! I’m only taking the time to leave a review in hopes someone else isn’t taken advantage of. Never got my order! Made an order (bracelets) order #BR69774-on 10/15/23. Due to a mishap on the mailing address my order was returned to sender by the post office between 11/3/23 and 11/15/23 according to tracking # 93001105538560000041948855. I have been trying to get a refund or the goods ordered but have not had any success. From 2/15/24 until 3/2/24 I had been corresponding with "Alethea" from 37 Bracelet and paid a new shipping fee of $9.99 (order #BR104809) on 3/2/24 to have order re-shipped with correct address. Still have not received order and was told you were unable to refund original order money of $122.37. I feel you have TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF!!! TODAYS DATE IS 3/27/24. BARBARA DOKKA -TRNKA
