But Meridian has more than a good formula. The company develops excellent managers. This is not easy; each business center needs a manager with strong skill sets along with a pleasing, winning personality. Very few people have all the attributes required, but Meridian has an entire roster of these folks. And they maintain this talent pool with very little turnover.

She makes a great first impression and provides prompt support to our visitors. She is also great in supporting any of the needs I have as a tenant.

GBPleased For the most part, I am very happy with WORKSUITES. The amenities and staff are nice. The only thing I would change is to have a larger refrigerator that could accommodate the entire floor. Would also like an ice maker that produced ice faster, after the flavored water that's made in the morning (love this), then there is no ice left for the day. Other than those 2 minor things, I have enjoyed working here.

GBWe've been at the Las Colinas location … We've been at the Las Colinas location for about 8 years now and there has been a lot of turnover in building staff - we've had at least 6 front desk receptionists and 2 or 3 managers. However, we've had the same manager and front desk receptionist for quite a while now and I cannot stress enough the great job that Chelsea and Lilly do. They are always friendly and professional. Anytime that we have an issue, Chelsea handles it immediately. I hope that Meridian knows how lucky they are to have these two lovely ladies working for them - and please never transfer them from the Las Colinas location!

GBI enjoy working at your Galleria… I enjoy working at your Galleria offices: your staff is very pleasant and do everything they can to make us feel welcome and comfortable here. I would like to give a special compliment to both Maria Gonzalez and Samantha Netherly. These ladies always go the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of and always with a big smile on their faces. This is priceless! One point I would like to mention is that we have not had water bottles available as we had in previous weeks and months. Could this supply be reestablished please? Thank you, Beatriz
