GBBuilding is wonderful-Customer Service & Hidden Charges no!! Building is wonderful. Customer service is horrible. I contacted Meridian on a property. I never heard back from them. Then I received a referral from a third party agency. In an email response from Smy Johnson she alleged to have already gave my lead and be working in my space. I never heard back. I viewed the property but was told Christine would call me. I never heard back from Christine. I called twice and emailed. Customer service is not their touch anymore. It’s supposed to be all inclusive however they told me they would rent me 2 desks in the suite for like $200 a month. I couldn’t believe they were serious.

GBAmazing amenities and location!! I've been a client at Worksuites for almost two months and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff is fantastic! Location and amenities are unbeatable from the competition for the price. The building is well kept and maintained. I cannot find a better value than Worksuites anywhere else.

GBNORTH HOUSTON At our North Houston location (11811 n. fwy) the staff is amazing. Ashley always keeps the refreshments stocked and is so organized when it comes to checking in our interviewees! The coffee bar is a life saver in the morning.o I knw the whole floor enjoys it! I have truly enjoyed having our offices here at this location!

GBWe've been at the Las Colinas location … We've been at the Las Colinas location for about 8 years now and there has been a lot of turnover in building staff - we've had at least 6 front desk receptionists and 2 or 3 managers. However, we've had the same manager and front desk receptionist for quite a while now and I cannot stress enough the great job that Chelsea and Lilly do. They are always friendly and professional. Anytime that we have an issue, Chelsea handles it immediately. I hope that Meridian knows how lucky they are to have these two lovely ladies working for them - and please never transfer them from the Las Colinas location!

GBNot a client and will not be; sales people don't seem to care much I know this company has been around for a long time and maybe they don't need more clients? The very unwelcoming sign up process like an interrogation! I called to discuss coworking options, but they had to take a message. Two days later I received an unfriendly email, (no follow up) and I called back was told I had to go in to a location to get the process going. I went and after a 45 minute wait was informed that coworking was not available at the location they sent me to. -I give up, not worth it.
