GBMeridian is great! I love Meridian! My office space is great, the staff is wonderful and very quick to help (especially Lilly and Chelsea), and the rent plus included amenities are more than reasonable. I've been here almost 3 years and don't see myself leaving anytime soon!

GBBrittany Washington We have both sales and delivery offices in the Dallas/Galleria suite. Brittany Washington, who meets and greets out clients and prospects, is fantastic. She makes a great first impression and provides prompt support to our visitors. She is also great in supporting any of the needs I have as a tenant.

GBWe've been at the Las Colinas location … We've been at the Las Colinas location for about 8 years now and there has been a lot of turnover in building staff - we've had at least 6 front desk receptionists and 2 or 3 managers. However, we've had the same manager and front desk receptionist for quite a while now and I cannot stress enough the great job that Chelsea and Lilly do. They are always friendly and professional. Anytime that we have an issue, Chelsea handles it immediately. I hope that Meridian knows how lucky they are to have these two lovely ladies working for them - and please never transfer them from the Las Colinas location!

GBThis company has been very welcoming… This company has been very welcoming since I leased space 18 months ago. In establishing my first office after having retired from the public sector in 2016, it has been very helpful to have the full menu of services offered. When I have had occasion to ask for assistance it has been provided promptly. It is a very pleasant place to work.
