One gift was not going to arrive on time, but the company communicated quickly and honestly when they knew, so we could let the recipients know. I was so glad they just informed us instead of trying to cut corners on quality on this handmade gift! I am most impressed with their customer service, and will certainly order from them again.

36” Monogrammed Name I absolutely love my new piece of art! It’s made from quality material, and it feels substantial. It looks amazing on my wall and I’m already getting compliments on it, and it’s only been up a few days. My kids love it and my oldest son liked it so much, he immediately ordered one for my grandson’s wall. Will most likely order from this company again. The owner’s communication after I made my purchase, showed class and quality customer service.

Exactly what was ordered but... The item itself looks great, what I had thought it to be. Was charged shipping when it stated shipping was free, it was to Canada so expected some shipping but not full price where this was a sale. Then had to pay more for duty, where I had to pay shipping assumed because you couldn't find anything to confirm or deny this would be included in extra price. I do realize that this is out of the control of moments engraved and this is the Christmas gift I am most excited to have opened. Thank you Moments Engraved.

Great item - not so good packaging The item itself was great (our second purchased from this company), however the packaging was not sufficient. The item was sent in a thinly padded bag and it was bent slightly when it arrived. I would be happy to pay extra to know that the item was properly packed with no chance of being damaged in transit.
