She actually had it resolved by the time she returned my email the next day (which is unheard of in other settings)! I learned that all facilities don't adhere to the same guidelines when accepting photo sizes for inmates. Of course, I got no response from the facility after making an email inquiry...and no phone call was answered. Thanks again, Janel. Really glad I found Pelipost Great product, great value, and easy to use app. On signing up for monthly package I had a couple questions and customer service was fast and courteous. Tabitha emailed me, sorted my issues promptly and with positivity that made me feel that I had made the right choice to sign up!
