Great service! This service makes sending pictures to inmates so convenient! I remember the days where I had to make that awkward stop at Walgreens and waiting for local mail to send out my pictures. Now, I upload directly from my phone and Pelipost handles the rest! It’s also quite affordable!

Great Customer Service I had to get in touch with yall cause my husband still hasn't recieved his pic and it's been over 12 days now but they got back to me pretty fast , I just wish it was faster cause he still didn't get them and it keeps saying 5 to 7 days..still nothing I guess it's in the inspection process....

Great Staff Member Makes Happy Mom! Staff Support Specialist Janel was quick to respond to my problem. She actually had it resolved by the time she returned my email the next day (which is unheard of in other settings)! I learned that all facilities don't adhere to the same guidelines when accepting photo sizes for inmates. Of course, I got no response from the facility after making an email inquiry...and no phone call was answered. Thanks again, Janel. The prices are great and the delivery… The prices are great and the delivery is fast. The service is great and so are the people there in customer service. Tabitha M. was very helpful with my question and solved my issue. I wouldn't order photos for my daughter anywhere else.
