Great Staff Member Makes Happy Mom! Staff Support Specialist Janel was quick to respond to my problem. She actually had it resolved by the time she returned my email the next day (which is unheard of in other settings)! I learned that all facilities don't adhere to the same guidelines when accepting photo sizes for inmates. Of course, I got no response from the facility after making an email inquiry...and no phone call was answered. Thanks again, Janel.
