GBAnother happy customer We have been using helpware for the last 3-4 years for frontline chat coverage. Their employees feel like they are our employees. The employees are dedicated and hardworking, they are trained and just as knowledgeable as my internal team. The company itself is always looking for ways to better assist us, sharing additional offerings, etc. We are currently onboarding additional team members to assist with phone coverage. A benefit I find is that the team provides a backup agent to cover vacations and sick days so we are not scrambling to find coverage in those cases, we just make sure the holidays are covered.
