We were originally sent a wrong box for… We were originally sent a wrong box for the set of furniture we ordered. Customer service responded within 24 hours and after sending pics of the boxes and pieces we received, they sent us the correct box 2 for the furniture set. Also, rather than asking us to return the wrong box of furniture (these boxes are heavy!), they told us to keep the wrong box for our inconvenience. The furniture is sitting in our new enclosed porch and we are loving it! Thank you for such a great response!

First time ordering, company is top notch This was my first time ordering a item from them . I can honestly say they went beyond anything you can imagine. I had an issue with my mailing address, nothing to do with them at all. They literally searched found my order emailed me several times to keep me updated, which made me feel better knowing they were doing everything they could. Their work paid off I received it ,my item was beautiful, high quality material. I definitely will be back , I highly recommend you to buy from them . If I could rate them 100 stars I would, they deserve it. Happy customer to say the least

Great gift! I bought one of these as a gift for a friend who has been going through a lot of health issues and was stuck at home. It has really helped her pass the time in a relaxing and pleasant way. If you or someone you know is missing painting parties that became so popular during the pandemic, this is a good substitute. Get them for a group of friends and create your own over Zoom!

Don't Waste Your Money We recently purchased a clock from Bling Painting. We feel like the clock was inferior in quality. The hands are thin and flimsy. The clock itself seems cheap. The hour hand does not sit properly on the hour number. I contacted customer service (Jean/Shadow) numerous times about returning the item. After repeatedly requesting a return shipping label and full refund, I was told that I could keep it and they would give me $10. I explained this was not acceptable as we paid close to $100. Buyer Beware if you choose to purchase from this company.

It's like being a kid again! As a kid, I always enjoyed doing paint by numbers pictures. Now, as an senior citizen, i find that returning to Paint by Numbers by Bling still most enjoyable. I’ve had even more fun than I remember having as a kid! I’ve almost completed mty first Bling kit, the Listening Gorilla. which my son chose for me to make for him. I’m ready to order my second Bling kit, perhaps the Notre Dame. Having fun while completing a six month course of chemotherapy is no small accompliahmnet. I appreciate the complete concentration that that painting by numbers requires. Painting puts me in another world, a world of creating a gift that is something special and lasting. I only regret not ordering the wooden frame. Customer Sevice promptly answered my question about using ModPodge as a protective covering to my painting. I couldn’t be more pleased with the Bling Paint bt Numberd kits.
