This company appears to be a USA… This company appears to be a USA company. They even have a USA address listed on contact page. Once you place the order, you get tracking which takes forever and is shipped from China. Yes its ok to be China company but don't try to make your site appear as a USA company. Thinking I ordered from a USA company I expected faster shipping, better service and more product standards. Overseas companies often don't maintain product consistency and sell a low quality product.

Junk quality arrives damaged and they refuse to accept returns This company will send your item only after you contact customer service inquiring where your item is. When it arrives it looks like it was poorly packed by a 10 year old and our clock arrived damaged. They will not accept returns and whatever return reason you give will not be accepted because they do not want the junk back and will only offer you a discount off your purchase. Total scam company selling junk.

I had an issue with my mailing address, nothing to do with them at all. They literally searched found my order emailed me several times to keep me updated, which made me feel better knowing they were doing everything they could.
