KWI ordered more than 10 items from them I ordered more than 10 items from them. Everything was OK until today! I received a damaged item, so I emailed them with pictures. At first they were willing to help and take responsibility for their mistake b Which bad packing and no fragile sticker on the shipping box. The moment they knew that I don't live in the USA they just sold me like I am not human. I give them credit for the refund. Now who is paying for international shipping inbound and outbound? Me! $60

GRAwful service | Rude customer support Awful service. My order was made in 17/11 and I still haven't received the package. They stated that it will take around 16 days and it has been more than 35 days now and still the package hasn't arrived! Furthermore, the customer service has stopped getting back to us after we complained about the delay. Good job guys, this was supposed to be a Christmas present but it seems it's going to be delivered closer to Easter probably.
