GBUseless, money thieving "company"!!! I made an order with this so called company a little over two weeks ago. I received via email a link in order to track my parcel and it has for the entire two week period stated the same message which is that they're expecting it! Messaged the delivery company asking where my item is, they responded by telling me they are still waiting for Space Artsy to hand over my package! Have written to Space Artsy three times and haven't had a response! Zero customer service, ignore you and they think that's perfectly acceptable! Very quick to take your money and ignore customers but slow as can be in doing the right thing and communicate with anyone!! Absolute rip off....STAY AWAY!!!

GBI wouldn't recommend My lamp arrived damaged, but there has been no answer from the shop to my email requesting a refund or replacement. I am still hoping to receive an answer. Apart from the damage, the lamp looks okay in a dark room but not as pretty as pictured online. I'd say it's not worth the price, even with the permanent 'discount'.

GBDelivery is an absolute shambles. Delivery is an absolute shambles. Their products are cheap rubbish made in China and look nothing like the photos on their website. I have returned my item (received yesterday) and haven't heard anything about my refund. Here's hoping I get my money back

GBBad service I placed my order over the Black Friday weekend and as of yet have not received either a tracking number or my goods. I contacted the customer service department for an update and have not received any response back even though they say on their website that they will respond within 48 hours. Ordered as a Christmas present and as I paid through PayPal am unsure whether to continue waiting or to request a refund. Wish I had read the reviews on here first before placing my order 🙁
