OIT has great customer service OIT has great customer service. They are a US based company and are great for Managed Service Providers to work with. They have dashboards that let you log in once to manage all your clients. If you order phones through them, they show up with stickers on the box that tell you who the phone is for and what extension. They are already provisioned, so you just plug them in and you're done at the desk. The rest of the magic happens in the portal which is much easier to use than the other ones I have used. (like Ring Central and Nextiva) The also make pricing straight forward and offer way more features for the base charge than almost everyone else. It's nice being able to talk to a new prospect and do the math in my head and give them an answer on the spot as to what it would cost to switch to VoIP.

Nothing short of amazing. What can you say about a team like OIT. If I put all the positive words in the dictionary in this review it would not be enough. Hands down one of the best VoIP… Hands down one of the best VoIP providers out there! Clients consistently remark how good the voice quality is on calls and on the rare instances we do need support, calls are answered in seconds and I get a live person who takes ownership and resolves the issue on the first call just about every time. There are many VoIP providers out there but if you want great service at competitive rates you go with OIT!
