Ordered mid-December still haven't … Ordered mid-December still haven't received my order, no response from customer service and tracking shows item still in China! Have asked Paypal to refund.

Nice shoes, well packaging Took 10 days to arrive and much faster than I expected. The most impression with this store is the support team, they are very nice and helped me a lot in choosing the right size for my son. Definitely get something here again for this Christmas !

No no and No! I will admit I should've done my research before even ordering from a site I've never heard of but unfortunately I didn't. I ordered a hoodie back on 1/31 and as of 2/18 it's has still not shipped. And mind you I have already contacted them about this and though they did respond with something along the lines of it takes 3-7 days for the products to be manufactured. (I contacted them on 2/6) So after I got that message I waited another week to see if my item would ship and it didn't so I didn't even bother to send them another email asking about my order I just opened a case with PayPal for a refund. Because any legitimate company would ship your order in a timely manner without you having to constantly email them wondering when your order is going to ship. I gave 2 stars because at least when I emailed them with my question they actually responded back.

Where is my bday gift? I want a refund My husband ordered my bday gift over a month ago and they finally sent us an email saying our order has shipped. When my husband clicks on the tracking order link in the email-the website is no longer available. Now what do we do or where do we go from here?
