GBGreat Concept!!! Long wait time. Aside from being very happy with the product I am not one of those people who gives a low rating to someone for trying. And I feel, MyStorify honestly wants to please it's customers, they should focus on getting their products to it's customers a lot sooner than 4-5 weeks. In today's world economy with so many trying to get over on pple, it's hard to imagine they would want to take the chance of being crossed off, however, simply because of the long wait time. Great business model, have more products on hand; and not wait to produce it after an order has been placed. Thanks.

CAIf I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would. I ordered product in December. they shipped to the wrong postal code, so I never received my order. Shows I entered correct address, and that they shipped to wrong location. After many, many attempts at resolution, I have been completely ignored. Total scam!

GBThere is not one single person you can… There is not one single person you can speak to in person, emails are answered 3 or 4 days later. Their website is misleading when it comes to returns. I returned my item to the address they have as their headquarters and now they are stating that's not their address. very disorganized

GBAVOID!!!!! Ordered before the new year on the 28th of Dec. It is now Feb. 20 and still no package yet. Tried to cancel the item and asked for refund, but no go. 2 months and no item. I can understand 1 month, but 2 is not acceptable. Avoid at all cost.
