🥺Truely disappointed! SCAM DEFINITELY!!!! If I could post pictures of what I ordered and what i actually received NO one would order from this website! The reason I had ordered was because of the amazing fine details. Natural looking eye brows, eye lashes and hair. Body on picture of one I ordered had extreme detail. The one I actually received didn't even look at all the same. one leg wasn't even painted to look real none of it was painted to look at all like the photo of the one I actually ordered. Found out after I order from their website that the stuff they are saying they sell is someone else artistry not their own. Make sure to read reviews before ordering anything from this site!

SCAM COMPANY This company is a rip off. Doll took forever to come, Unassembled and does not look anything like the picture. Skin tone is sunburned look. Came in damaged box. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just take your money and offer you a small credit for more poor quality merchandise. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This Website is full of it… Do not buy from this website or company. I ordered a reborn on July 3 or 4th and it supposedly shipped out the next day, however last update was July 11, 2020 I have not received any new information nor have I received my reborn. This company has no idea where my order/package is and I am convinced all agents are robots. I am going to request my money back. I learned a lesson.

Dayana/Saskia Doll Sculpt Dayana/Saskia sculpt was ordered 3/22/20 and received 4/21/20. Doll sculpt matches photo and hair is rooted. Hair different from photo (non ethnic) though brown. Legs had to be attached since mine is all vinyl (no biggie) and says that in description. Only cloth body vinyl limbs do not require assembly. Estimated 15 days from order date to process and same estimated time frame for shipping. A tracking number is given when ready to ship. Price range around American Girl Doll and less than resin ball joint dolls. Adorable sculpt and love this doll.

I order a doll for my great niece… I order a doll for my great niece May15,2020. Still have not received it yet. Im tracking the item and also emailed multiple time. They respond saying give it another week. Today marks 2 months No damn doll. I got intouch with my bank to investigate and refund my money. I understand it coming from China but it don't take 2 months to receive your items on a normal day.
