This Website is full of it… Do not buy from this website or company. I ordered a reborn on July 3 or 4th and it supposedly shipped out the next day, however last update was July 11, 2020 I have not received any new information nor have I received my reborn. This company has no idea where my order/package is and I am convinced all agents are robots. I am going to request my money back. I learned a lesson.

Absolute scam Absolute scam! Do not trust them! The baby I purchased looks NOTHING like the one in the picture! Shame on them!!!!! My child cried her eyes out Easter morning! Charlesen you should go out of business prying on little girls like this with fake pictures! The doll looks sunburnt and has webbed feet. Her eye lashes came out right away. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied! 😡And of course I’m sure my email won’t be taken seriously or responded to either!
