Don't buy anything from them I ordered different kind of stuff from their webpage in JANUARY, and here in May I am still missing two of the items. Every time I contact them, they come up with bad excuses - and I still haven't received anything. I wish that I checked out Trustpilot before purchasing from them. Would definitely not recommend.

Awful Awful Ordered a couple of canvasses from them in May (and paid for faster delivery) which finally arrived at the end of August/beginning of September. I had emailed several times asking where my order was and was constantly given excuses. The dispatch tracking that they provided just showed the packages bouncing around in China for months. They stopped replying to emails and so I complained to Paypal - miraculously after this the packages arrived. The actual product is fine, but I would never order from them again and would not recommend.

BIG SCAM!!! BIG SCAM!!! I maid my ordered in November for my Granddaughter for Christmas and after many e-mails they stopped replying it is now 15th January and no painting has arrived, If only I had checked trustpilot review, Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Company is a scam From reading through the reviews this company is clearly fraudulent. As with many of the other reviewers, we ordered a kit, never received it, asked when we would get it, were told by 'Julie' that it was on it's way (multiple times). It's obvious that we'll never receive what we paid for so we have filed for a refund through both Paypal and AE. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company.

Sent partial order and support non existent Ordered two kits in April. After two months the delivery finally arrived and only contained one kit. Attempting to resolve via their customer support was a fruitless endeavour with a range of excuses given (including saying their system only had one ordered) and then an endless non-reply or run around. Stay away from this site.
