Great leadership is necessary! I always believe that to grow in a particular area or career field, you need the right people who are experienced, knowledgeable, sharp, and passionate about what they’re capable to deliver if you lean in. Sales weren’t my strong suit and it was certainly an area I lacked confidence and skills. Having Rich Diaz not just as my manager at the time, but as my sales coach/ motivator/ mentor, has taught me how to have mental toughness, be in control of every call, believe in and be passionate about the product and my ability to sell it.
