Mr. Rich Diaz! The warrior broker! I've got quite a bit to say about Mr. Rich Diaz but I am going to try to make this as short as possible. When I first got into becoming a broker I had NO idea what I was doing, this was my first time learning about sales but with the coaching of the leaders I had on my team I became one of the top 3 brokers in the office of about 30-40 other brokers. Mr. Diaz was one of the best coaches I've ever had & I didn't look at him as a manager because the way he spoke to all of us was way beyond that. He was more of a mentor when it came down to it. He knows how to speak to you and makes sure it resonates with you as well. He is a broker warrior! He knows exactly what to say and help out with in the areas you're having trouble with & helps you get a better understanding with what ever may be holding you back. He always has a solution to a problem. If you really want to become the best broker you can possibly be I would highly recommend you to listen and follow what this man has to say. Like I said he and the help of others molded me into a broker warrior!
