Great leadership is necessary! I always believe that to grow in a particular area or career field, you need the right people who are experienced, knowledgeable, sharp, and passionate about what they’re capable to deliver if you lean in. Sales weren’t my strong suit and it was certainly an area I lacked confidence and skills. Having Rich Diaz not just as my manager at the time, but as my sales coach/ motivator/ mentor, has taught me how to have mental toughness, be in control of every call, believe in and be passionate about the product and my ability to sell it. Mr. Rich Diaz! The warrior broker! I've got quite a bit to say about Mr. Rich Diaz but I am going to try to make this as short as possible. When I first got into becoming a broker I had NO idea what I was doing, this was my first time learning about sales but with the coaching of the leaders I had on my team I became one of the top 3 brokers in the office of about 30-40 other brokers. Mr. Diaz was one of the best coaches I've ever had & I didn't look at him as a manager because the way he spoke to all of us was way beyond that. He was more of a mentor when it came down to it. He knows how to speak to you and makes sure it resonates with you as well. He is a broker warrior! He knows exactly what to say and help out with in the areas you're having trouble with & helps you get a better understanding with what ever may be holding you back. He always has a solution to a problem. If you really want to become the best broker you can possibly be I would highly recommend you to listen and follow what this man has to say. Like I said he and the help of others molded me into a broker warrior! If I had a lead on the phone that seemed semi interested it would be a closed deal thanks to the training and all the practice Mr. Diaz has helped me with. 10/10 would highly recommend Mr. Diaz!

TRUST THE PROCESS Where do i even begin? Rich has helped me reach something inside of me that i never knew was possible. I have honestly never had someone care and value someone elses goals and help them achieve it one step at a time! Rich has been so patient and has taken the time to make sure i reach my weekly goals. I started with Rich on January 1st with not a single knowledge of the phone sales.. i was not hitting a single sale for 2 months.. but Rich never gave up, kept pushing me towards success, and made me realize that failure was not an option.
