Convenient but overpriced Convenient, but they way overcharge. Recently they added an extra fee, too. It's far more economical to find a good psychic and work with them directly. The satisfaction guarantee amount is only $25, yet many readers charge that or more per minute. Most readers need more than one minute. So if you have a bad call, you can’t get most of your money back. They need to at least double this amount as most readings will be at least $50.

Extremely great Advisors! Extremely great Advisors. Honest and accurate. Money is fair & they offer you free minutes to cover the Keen charge. The Advisors have helped me tremendously! The only thing I would like to see an improvement is the time, time running out, etc. The advisors do not answer anything if time runs out. They should or there should be a countdown as we are getting close like on the add funds page it directs you too.

Very Sad Experience I was keen for a in depth and compassionate reading. The reader I spoke with is the opposite of what I was hoping for. I mean I understand that readers have different ways of doing a reading. Just disappointed with the quality of service and wouldn’t come back again.
