magick.com does not deliver! Weeks now and the products have not come. This company does not answer their phone, they send generic emails, and after a while they don't answer your emails. They take your money and then leave you hanging without the merchandise. They have the worst customer service. I don't know how they are still allowed to stay in business and allowed to scam customers, repeatedly.

I.will definitely reach out to my bank to get my money back. I wish I would have seen all these complaints before wasting my time with this company.

30 days and still my orders have not… 30 days and still my orders have not shipped. Then I get an email saying that one of the orders have shipped and 7 days later when I checked the status of the order it has still not left the facility. I have canceled all of my orders I do not know how long it's going to take them to refund my money but this was just the worst experience do not waste your time or your money on this business.

Awful company! Do not bother. Awful company! I placed an order on March 31 during their 30% off sale. It is now April 18 and I’ve emailed three different times asking about an order status and all I get back is a generic email from Isabel telling me that due to the sale, shipping is being delayed. I’m very disappointed that nowhere on the website does it say shipping could take up to or more than one month. I don’t know how big or small this company is, but if they only have one person doing the shipping, it still wouldn't take a month to get orders out. Don’t appreciate the generic emails and not getting an actual answer from this company. I placed an order for more than $100 worth of items and nothing. I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody! If they’re incapable of shipping within a timely manner like they state on their website (5 to 7 days within the United States), then they shouldn’t be in business. I emailed them yet again asking for a refund if I can’t get an order status within 4 to 5 days because I’m tired of waiting for this order. Not sure how they’re so highly rated on this website since they have more one star reviews than anything.

It's been 87 years... I ordered a bunch of stuff in early march; mostly gifts, & some sage for myself in preparation for eclipse season/Mercury retrogade (iykyk). The birthdays/occasions I wanted gifts for have come & gone, so has eclipse season, multiple full moons & Mercury rx.. and I'm still here, waiting on my package. I've reached out 3 times, first 2 times they said my order will ship "soon", Finally a shipping label was created -- but package still hadn't left the shop. I contacted a 3rd time & was told my order hasn't shipped yet because they're waiting on an item in it to be restocked (they said within a week.. 2 weeks ago). Most stores just put 'out of stock' if they don't have an item, but not Magick. They'll still sell you an item they don't have, to take your $$ and (maybe?) send your order *someday* when they deem fit. At this point I'll be shocked if/when my package ever arrives. Since I've already waited eons, I'm going to give it another week before I contact my bank & file a report to the bbb. Will update this review with an update, good or bad. TLDR; don't order unless you wanna wait 2+ months to (hopefully) get your things.
