Just what the fish ordered First things first, if we're writing about the website itself, then I would say. It's easy to maneuver around, very self-explanatory. If we're writing about the products, then I would have to say. The items that I have ordered through the website are phenomenal; I have caught some big chunky bass on the rod & reel combos I have. I can not complain about anything because my items haven't failed me.i recommend their Torrent rod & reels anytime.

NO COMPLAINTS HERE I have several Piscifun rods, both casting and spinning, along with their reels. Very smooth reels and the rods are spectacular. The ONLY drawback is, of course, that these are made in China. However, I did have a "glitch" with one of my reels and it was rectified in a matter of just a few days. Customer Service is fantastic.

Confusing Description The selection process for "hand orientation" is confusing. Is it asking which hand is your reeling hand, dominant hand, or which side of the reel do you want the handle on. I'm right handed and guessed wrong. Now I'm stuck with a reel that has the handle on the right side of the reel. Too bad because I love their reels and now I probably will never use it.

Great Customer Service and Products Their customer service was outstanding. I ordered some products and questioned the amount I was billed. I sent an email with my questions and received an immediate response which offered a solution to my question. My items were shipped in a couple of days and I received them in a short time. And shipping was FREE. I purchased a Carbon X reel before and I very satisfied with its performance and will do business with you again in the future. I recommend this company.

Can't wait to use my new reels Saw what looked like a great deal on ice reels. How ya gonna beat BOGO right. Company was in constant contact with me though out the order and shipping process and I received my order in a timely fashion. Took both reels to Scheels and got them lined up and ready to go. Unfortunately I can't yet review the reels. Had shoulder surgery in early January and haven't got the all clear from Doc(or the wife) to be back on the ice yet. Hopefully they work as good as they look.
