Good service and price Item was as described, a good price and delivered on time

When is a company not a company I Would never use again or recommend anyone to use this company (well i use company lightly) as its just not worth the hassle. I purchased items on 19th may and its now 4th june despite there website saying 2-3 working day delivery. im still waiting despite numerous emails of which NONE have been responded to. Ive tried finding a telephone number on search engines but had no success ( very strange ) Currently going through a refund process with paypal.

Made an order on the 2nd June 2023 Made an order on the 2nd June 2023, its now the 12th June 2023 and I have not had my items despite delivery stated 2 to 3 days. I've mailed them multiple times but no response. Issued a 48hr response or I will cancel my order and go elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if I was able Would give zero stars if I was able. Placed an order and was informed delivery would be in 3 working days. As expected funds taken from my bank account immediately. I emailed a few days later as I had not received any delivery tracking details, no reply. I emailed again for an update again a couple of days later, no reply…. And so it goes on, unable to make contact, emails are being ignored. I have now raised a fraud claim with my bank referencing that the company has failed completely to provide the goods or any communication regarding this. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for goods, find a company that are more reliable……….
