My order arrived late and not as described My order arrived late, and not as described on their website, I've tried to contact them 3 times via email to discuss this with them as they won't provide a phone number, and haven't received any response, I will be opening up a dispute with PayPal, avoid if you expect any sort of customer service, as you certainly won't get it from these in my experience! I definitely wouldn't use again!

Unfortunately item was clearly damaged… Unfortunately item was clearly damaged before being packed. Rod eyelets were bent and ceramic liner had been cracked out. Packaging was perfectly intact, this was obviously not inspected before being boxed up and sent out. Shame as the rest of the service was good.
