Excellent product Excellent product, very well made in the USA! Better price-point than the leading competitor. All companies should be mandated to disclose what country product was manufactured in, Those whom don't tell are usually made in China!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Sent an email requesting a custom logo on a Bison 50 qt cooler. Tyler responded right away, and within a couple hours, I had a perfect logo complete and ready to purchase. I highly recommend Bison coolers to anyone. Tyler was a great representative for the company.

I have owned 4 Bison coolers since… I have owned 4 Bison coolers since shortly after they went into business and have ordered accessories, most recently some replacement drain plugs. I could not be more pleased with their products and their excellent customer service!

We love our Bison coolers We love our Bison coolers. All 3 of them. The only reason that I have a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the absence of decent discounts. Especially for repeat customers. There seems to be 5% and discounts for friends, but there should be discounts for loyal customers. Repeat business and multiple coolers should have the opportunity for discounts . 10% and 20% for loyalty would be greatly appreciated , create brand loyalty and incentivize more purchases.

Great Find! From the beginning of my interaction with the website through the actual order. This company really cares and go out of their way to ensure you can tell. In my book, they're tops!! I had pre-sales questions and spoke to Janis, she did an excellent job of answering my questions throughly. 👏 Then there's Jeremy (co-owner), an awesome guy that cares deeply about the customer and the company.
