Crua in the US! Great tents and great customer service! We are a young family living in central Texas and always looking for opportunities to go camping. But tents designed in the US are not at the same level as the tents in Europe. Ive always been a big fan of the Crua tents and I am glad that they have decided to come to the US. I purchased the Core and the Culla Family but I returned it because I am more interested in the tunnel tents. I got the Quad and have not used it yet but am excited to soon. Returning the Core and Culla was easy and the team was responsive. But I had to drive to their warehouse since shipping the tents back is very expensive. It would be nice if Crua would pay for return shipping. But the people I met at the warehouse, Jesse, are very nice and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them. Crua tents are the way to go. Add on an Ecoflow Wave 2 AC and it gets very cozy.

The best … I just want to thank Crua costumer service team specially Viki, the service since I both my tent has been excellent, they answered all my questions straight away. Customer service is amazing and the best in comparison with other companies that I had deal with in the pass, I must say the quality of their products is excellent too . Thank you . Lupita

Recommed Crua to anyone I dont typically leave reviews often but from dealing with Tony on Amazon I now understand 2 things. 1. is how this company really does go out of their way to help you and are genuine about their service and 2. Is how important reviews are to these smaller companies which is another reason I am leaving this review. I would recommend Crua to anyone looking for camping equipment and am delighted with the product and support I recieved.

I am grateful that Tarah with HR was… I am grateful that Tarah with HR was able to help me with my order. She is an amazing person and if you are having trouble with anything Tarah is your gal. I have been having Health problems recently and have not been able to give this review its full attention, but I absolutely support Crua Outdoors and its products and am looking forward to the arrival of my Crua Duo Max combo tent. I cannot wait to test this tent set in the cold nights that are to come.
