GBABOVE AND BEYOND EXTREMELY patient, courteous, and helpful! We had a very generic question that we sent via text message. We were told that someone would give us a call within roughly 30 minutes. GBI placed an order on February 21st… I placed an order on February 21st through AFFIRM and Nightvision guys sent it 2nd day after AFFIRM approved the purchase without me requesting that. When or if I purchase another Nightvision or Thermal scope it'll be from them.

GBSent junk Sent junk, thermal scope had major issues. tried calling several times, after being on hold for 10minutes or so rolled over to voice mail. Finally answered email but not until 30 return policy expired. Got a replacement from ATN but have no confidence in this unit and wanted to return it for refund but they said the 30 day return window gone. Very poor customer service!
